All of my consultancy and services are bespoke so that you get the best service for your organisation's needs.
Please note that my fees are based on a sliding scale, so that I can support a range of organisations with a variety of financial situations. My prices shown are a guide so that I can be transparent about my fees, but all work will be quoted for based on your organisation's individual situation and requirements.
I work fully remotely, but can travel where needed (and within reason - travel expenses to be charged in addition to my service fees).

Business Consultancy
All my consultancy work is charged at a day rate, but this can be split flexibly over any period of time. Consultancy services usually cover strategy development and implementation planning, operational optimisation services, and more in-depth project work.

My consultancy day rates are from £300-£500.

Business Support
I charge an hourly rate for business support services, such as general operations, content creation or administrative support. For longer-term business support, I can provide my day rate to make it as cost effective for you as possible.

My business support hourly rate starts at £50 and my day rate starts at £200.

Buy a business support service package to pick up the pace in your organisation over the summer months! Great for offsetting your team's annual leave and ensuring your business maintains operations.

Workshop facilitation
Workshops can be custom built for your organisation's requirements and on a topic of your choosing.
Examples of previous workshops include 'Managing Work-Life Balance' and navigating communication difficulties between Board and Exec team.
